It`s the first day of the 2025-2026 SAB Winter Term and we are beyond excited for the year ahead, especially because after months of planning and construction, today we unveiled a transformative new resource for our advanced and intermediate students: SAB’s Artistic Health and Wellness Student Center! The Center features a dedicated strength and conditioning studio, a fully equipped Pilates studio, two private physical therapy treatment rooms, a welcoming student commons, offices for SAB’s nutrition and counseling professionals, and more.

Perhaps most significantly, the Center represents a major step forward in our ability to support the whole dancer. Students will benefit from expanded access to physical training, nutrition guidance, and mental health services. Planned program enhancements include open coaching hours with strength and conditioning staff, more than four times the number of weekly physical therapy treatment hours, expanded Pilates studio hours, and daily floor barre classes.

With the launch of this new space and expanded programming, SAB is proud to provide state-of-the-art resources to meet the physical demands of rigorous ballet training and to empower our students to achieve their ambitious artistic goals.
