#BalletOpenHouse Registration Form

Complete the fields below to register for New York City Ballet and School of American Ballet’s #BalletOpenHouse.  As a reminder, the virtual visits will happen on the following dates:

• April 17 (for ages 10-14), from 2-4PM EDT (DATE FULL)
• April 24 (for ages 15-18), from 2-4PM EDT

Please register for the date that corresponds with the student’s age group.  Each visit will be capped at 25 participants. Registration is first-come, first-served. Note that the Open House on Saturday, April 17, is now at capacity.
