2022 Workshop Performance Benefit

The School of American Ballet is thrilled to bring you the 2022 Workshop Performance Benefit live and in person from the Peter Jay Sharp Theater at Juilliard. This year’s Benefit honors Kay Mazzo as she retires as SAB’s Chairman of Faculty. The program features several variations performed by Kay Mazzo during her tenure at New York City Ballet and the 2nd Aria from Stravinsky Violin Concerto in her honor. Guests will also be treated to the 4th movement and the finale of Mr. Balanchine’s magnificent ballet Symphony in C, a new ballet choreographed on SAB students by alumna Gianna Reisen, and Jerome Robbins’ Circus Polka.

The non-deductible portion of each ticket is $280. The non-deductible portion of a performance-only ticket is $65. We regret that benefit tickets are nonrefundable and cannot be exchanged. Tickets and tables may not be purchased with Donor Advised Funds due to their fair market value. Tickets extended by invitation only. To make a 100% deductible contribution by visiting our donation page.

Our online ticketing service is now closed. If you would like to buy tickets to Workshop Performance Benefit, please contact SAB’s Special Events Assistant, Maddi Bitter at (212) 769-6636 or mbitter@sab.org. To make a 100% deductible contribution by visiting our donation page.
