If something isn't right, let us know. We guarantee everything we sell without reservation. We'll gladly make an exchange or refund at any time, for any reason. Please note that if your return is not due to our error, we will deduct the shipping costs from your refund.

Security and Privacy

  • We use a secure server which encrypts all of your personal information (including credit card number, name, and address) so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.
  • We will not give or sell any of your personal information to other companies.
  • We ask for your e-mail address only so we can e-mail order and shipping confirmation messages to you.
  • We do not use "cookies".

Shipping and Tax

  • Orders placed on are processed weekly when SAB is in session. When SAB is closed (during holiday and summer breaks), there will be a delay in the processing of orders.
  • Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.
  • We can only ship to addresses in the United States.  We cannot ship internationally.
  • We do not offer next-day delivery.
