Workshop Benefit

Once an intimate post-performance dinner at SAB co-founder Lincoln Kirstein’s townhouse, this event has grown into a spectacular professionally staged performance and gala dinner, making it the highlight of every ballet lover’s social calendar. Proceeds from this event are used to award need-based scholarships and help SAB provide essential elements to the development of young artists including renowned faculty, state-of-the-art studios, expansive student wellness programs, and an onsite residence hall. The 2026 Workshop Benefit will honor Frances D. Fergusson and Naomi O. Seligman for their dedication, leadership, and enduring service on the Board of Directors, and for their extraordinary commitment to the School and its students.
