Congratulations on your acceptance to the School of American Ballet’s New York Junior Session. This web page includes resources that you may find helpful in the months leading up to the program plus contact information for key SAB staff. We are thrilled you will be joining us this summer to train with our excellent faculty alongside other talented young dancers.

New York Junior Session FAQ (included in acceptance communication)
NY Junior Session Enrollment Agreement
Physician’s Release & Report — This document must be downloaded and completed by the student’s medical provider. If possible, please upload a copy of the completed document to the Medical Documents upload form in your Powerschool Forms area. This can also be submitted to the contact information provided on the form.
(Note any NY Junior Session students who are also attending the 5-week Summer Course should only complete the medical documents provided for that program.)
Digital ID Photo Guidelines — You are required to upload an image in the Powerschool Forms area which will be used for student identification cards/photo facebooks for our faculty. This document outlines the guidelines for creating that photo.
When naming your documents for upload, please note, PowerSchool does not accept special characters, include apostrophes. Please be sure to only use alphanumeric characters when naming your documents.

Parents may access all required enrollment forms in the SAB Powerschool Portal. Visit the link below to login.
