Studio 1

Studio 1 is one of seven spacious ballet studios used for SAB's daily classes. Its dimensions mirror those of the stage at the New York State Theater (home of NYCB). The space was dedicated as the “Steven Spielberg Studio” when SAB's Rose Building facilities opened in 1991 in recognition of Mr. Spielberg's support of the School.
