SAB To Hold Auditions for 6 to 10 Year Olds in April/May

The School of American Ballet will hold auditions in April and May for girls and boys between the ages of 6 and 10 who are interested in training at SAB during the 2012-13 Winter Term. Children in this age group do not need previous dance training or experience to audition for SAB. Those accepted will begin classes in either September or October depending upon the class level to which they are assigned. Auditions will be held both onsite at SAB's Lincoln Center headquarters and at five free Community Audition locations around New York City. Pre-registration is required for those who audition at SAB in April. Pre-registration for May Community Auditions is recommended but not required.
